Lennar will entertain offers on certain homes in this community rather than publish a specific sale price. This handout (full PDF download below) is intended to provide an overview of Lennar Offers Program.

• Homes that will be released using the Lennar Offers Program will be included on a list available from the New Home Consultant (Jesse Young). The New Home Consultant will also provide customers with general pricing information (e.g., "entertaining offers starting from price”).

• Once a Lennar Offers Program home is released for sale, customers will be given a certain amount of time to contact their New Home Consultant to provide the terms upon which they are willing to purchase a particular home. In some cases, customers will be provided an offer form to complete.

• In evaluating offers, Lennar will consider the amount of the offer, amount available for down payment as demonstrated on qualification materials, etc. Lennar retains the right to move forward with offers in its sole and absolute discretion.

• For an offer to be considered, the customer must demonstrate the ability to either purchase using all cash or to qualify for a mortgage loan by providing a pre-qualification letter from Lennar Mortgage by completing the prequalification process at https://www.lennarmortgage.com/joshlynch or another qualified institutional mortgage lender.

• Your New Home Consultant will contact you if Lennar has elected to move forward in the process. Please remember that any agreement to sell a home must be contained on Lennar's purchase and sale agreement forms and signed by both parties.

• If an offer is accepted, a purchase agreement must be executed and the full 10% deposit made within 24-48 hours.
